Because our products are made in small batches and in high demand, we often sell through pre-orders. Here's how it works:

🌸 What Is a Pre-Order?

When you pre-order with us, you're reserving your items in advance before they are physically in stock. This ensures you get your hands on your favorites before they sell out again!

🕒 When Will I Get My Order?

After you place your pre-order:

1. It takes 2–3 weeks for us to receive the product from our manufacturer.
2. Once we receive the shipment, we immediately begin packing and shipping orders in the order they were received.
3. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

We always aim to be as quick and transparent as possible!

💌 Should I Pre-Order?

If you're okay with waiting a little while for a product made just for you, pre-ordering is a great way to guarantee your items.

However, if you need your order ASAP or don’t feel comfortable with the wait time, we totally understand! You're welcome to wait for our official restock announcement.
