There are absolutely no refunds for orders once they are placed. Please read over all policies before ordering.

Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time refers to order preparation, not shipping time.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Mochi Gel is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost / Stolen/ Returned Packages

  • Mochi Gel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as β€œDelivered” by the carrier.

  • Shipping protection is strongly recommended at checkout when available.

  • **Returned packages are not eligible for a refund and will require a reshipment fee of $10 as a new label has to be purchased to ship again.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Pre-order items require 4-5 weeks total before shipment.

    • Up to 3 weeks for production

    • Up to 2 weeksΒ for shipping to our facility and final fulfillment

    • After receiving the shipment we will begin processing orders immediately in the order they were made.
  • These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may come earlier, other than that the timeframe shown is accurate.

🚫 No Cancellations / No Refunds

  • ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once placed.

  • Chargebacks filed due to impatience, failure to read, or misunderstanding of pre-order timelines will be disputed with proof of agreement.

  • Order status updates will be provided via email.

  • Reaching out for order status before the 5-7 week window has passed does not expedite processing.
